Melanzane Al Forno

local summer eggplant sliced thin, layered with our homemade béchamel,
marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese then baked in our wood fire oven.

 

Mediterranean Branzino

branzino filet sautéd  with white wine served over mediterranean-style couscous with
diced summer vegetables, olives and capers

Pollo con Peperoni

wood-fired roasted quarter chicken, bell pepper from the garden, garlic, rosemary roasted potatoes
