Smoked Salmon Carpaccio

Arugula Salad, Red Onion, Capers, Dill Cream, and Pumpernickel Crostini



Braised Lamb Shank

Slow braised lamb shank served over a bed of chilled grilled scallions with Mediterranean couscous and finished with a mint coulis



Soft Shell Crab Salad

A pair of soft-shell crabs’ cornmeal and flour encrusted, pan seared, served over roasted corn, grape tomatoes and baby arugula, finished with a lemon white wine sauce



Seafood Stew

A Fisherman's stew of Half a Lobster, Mussels, Clams, Shrimp, Fresh Fish and Crab meat, served in a tomato, white wine, and herb broth.



Osso Bucco

Locally sourced from Whiffletree Farms beef shank cooked in a chianti infused demi-glace and vegetables, served over saffron risotto
