A classic Sicilian dish, of hand made cavatelli, sautéed eggplant, roasted tomatoes, and fresh basil, topped with ricotta salata


Dry Aged Ribeye*

Dry aged bone in ribeye, dusted with fresh rosemary and pan seared, finished in the wood fire oven, topped with a tarragon butter and paired with mashed potato and vegetable of the day
