Paired with “Calavento” Malvasia del Salento IGP Apulia IT
straw yellow hue; ample, rich, characteristic bouquet accompanied with a fruity taste and almond end

Second Course
Cardoncelli Gratin

king trumpet mushroom baked au gratin with seasoned breadcrumbs

Paired with “Rifugio” Primitivo Rosso Salento IGP
an intense ruby red color, accompanied with a small red fruit and spice aroma;
soft and harmonious taste with ripe tannins in a rich and well-structured body

Third Course
Bombette Pugliesi

rolled pork loin, stuffed with caciocavallo and pancetta

Paired with Negroamaro and Cabernet Sauvignon Blend “Nero”
Intense ruby red color with pleasant garnet reflections. Aroma of small red fruits and spices, light notes of vanilla and liquorice; soft and harmonious with ripe tannins in a rich and well-structured body

Fourth Course
Pasticciotto Pugliese

tart with cream and black cherries

Paired with Negroamaro Riserva “Cantalupi”, Apulia, IT
intense ruby red tending towards pleasant garnet reflections with age the bouquet presents aromas of small red fruits and spices, on the palate is soft and harmonious. Full-bodied and well-structured & persistent finish
